SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Destinations
We offer free standard shipping to the United States and Australia, with no minimum order value. Available destinations and delivery options are confirmed at checkout. If your country or region is not available, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing and Estimated Delivery

For standard small-parcel items fulfilled from China, please allow approximately 3–5 business days after payment confirmation for processing before dispatch.

  • United States: approximately 7–20 business days in transit after dispatch.
  • Australia: approximately 7–20 business days in transit after dispatch.

Estimated total delivery time: approximately 10–25 business days from payment confirmation, including processing and transit. Checkout delivery-date estimates allow the full 5 business days for processing before adding transit time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates for standard small-parcel deliveries, not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual timing depends on product availability, fulfillment location, destination and shipping service. Product-specific estimates shown before purchase take precedence.

Oversized items, liquids, batteries, made-to-order products, stock replenishment and remote delivery addresses may require additional time. Please contact us before ordering these items for an estimate using the product name and your US ZIP code or Australian postcode. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, peak periods, public holidays and weather may also cause delays.

Shipping Charges
Standard shipping to the United States and Australia is free. Any other available shipping options and their applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided with your order after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees under the rules of the destination country. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown before purchase. If such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be assessed by the relevant authorities or carrier.

Delivery Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate when placing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Delivery Problems
If your order appears delayed, is marked as delivered but cannot be found, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can review the issue.
